When not working and spending time with my wife and daughter, I’m training for my next ultra-marathon, volunteering as a director and coach with Coquitlam Little League and hanging with friends; playing board games, exercising, watching movies, and other activities around Vancouver. I am interested in personal growth and am often researching, studying and reflecting on ways to make small changes that will have big impacts.

As a lifelong learner who is genuinely interested in helping others, I am passionate about providing people the tools they need to build the experience they want.

My counselling philosophy

Injuries are a normal part of life. Some are caused by us and some are caused by others, some are physical and some are emotional, some heal right away while others seem to never go away but there are things we can do to help or hurt the healing process.

Together we will explore what is helping and what is hurting your quality of life. Using best practices from a wide range of sources, we can find a direction that helps you with your healing and growth.

With a background in children and youth, fitness, municipal government as well as experience in the private and not for profit sector, I bring a unique wealth of experience to better connect with you and your daily responsibilities.
